I’m sorry you expect too much and end up being disappointed.

I’m sorry you think love and happiness are just mere myths.

I apologize for all those dreams that will never come true.

I’m sorry you have to stifle your cries at night.

I’m sorry you have to act like everything is fine when all you want to do is yell.

I’m sorry it feels like you can’t have this conversation with anyone.

I wish I could make everything better, I want to hug you and tell you “This shall pass”. I want you to cry and shed all the tears you store only for your pillows at night. But I can’t, and I’m sorry.
